FAQ

What Can I Order and When?

You can order a selection of our products from our bakery. Pastries, bread and patisserie. 

You can place an order 2 weeks in advance and up until 11pm the night before collection. 

However! Cakes must be ordered 3 days in advance. See individual items for more information. 

Do you have a minimum order? 

No. However, we recommend sending us an email to shop@lamaison.berlin for larger orders. Availability in the online shop is limited.

When can I collect my order?

You can select a collection time when placing your order. You can collect until we close. You can see our opening times here. 

How do I pick up my order?

Show your confirmation email to a member of our team. 

If you do not have access to the email you will be asked for your name and email address. 

Can I skip the line to collect my order? 

Yes! At Paul-Lincke-Ufer please ask someone at the To Go Collection Point

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to three days in advance. 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via E-Mail shop@lamaison.berlin.

Can I return products?

We do not accept any returns. 

If there is a problem with your order come and see is at the store or email shop@lamaison.berlin 

Do I need my order confirmation to pick up my products?

Yes. You can show us the order confirmation on your phone. 

If you do not have access to the order confirmation you will need to provide the name and email address associated with the order. 

Why are some products only available at later pick-up times?

All of our Patisserie products such as cakes, financiers, etc. are only available from 12:00 am onwards. Since we produce all our products fresh for you on a daily basis some products take longer to produce in the morning than others.

I was not able to pick up my order. 

Orders can only be picked up on the designated pick-up day before the store closes. You can see opening times here. 

We do not offer refunds or provide products on another day if you fail to collect your order.
